RIDemister

Eliminating oily air is cleaner & safer

  • Functional: The RIDemister collects mist at the sprayer’s inlet & discharge openings using mist collection shrouds, effectively removing oil-laden air.
  • Mist Removal Process: Air passes through baffles in the RIDemister, where mist particles are removed, allowing oil to settle in a drain port while clean air exits from the top.
  • Safety & Cleanliness: Mist elimination systems enhance safety & cleanliness in spraying applications by capturing airborne oil particles.

Infeed Conveyor

  • High Capacity Solutions: This system is especially valuable for high-capacity lines with minimal operator oversight, with GOE providing various standard & custom designs.
  • Debris Reduction: An open mesh belt infeed conveyor effectively allows salt & product debris to fall off before entering the spray zone.
  • Reject Mechanisms: Options like a retracting noser or dump gate can be used to discard defective products, preventing contamination of the spray liquid.

Drain Conveyor

  • Oil Collection: A drain conveyor allows excess oil to be collected from crackers or biscuits before transferring them to downstream conveyors, ensuring optimal absorption.

  • Functionality: Stainless Steel AOD pump kits uses a compressed air to drive a diaphragm, creating a pumping action that moves liquids & slurries. This design allows for efficient transfer of a wide range of oils &  slurries without need for electricity.
