- Cleanability & Access: The equipment is designed to drain properly with no harborage areas. Liquid lines feature easily disassembled tri-clamp & JIC fittings, & hinged covers provide access for cleaning. Key access doors allow for inspection & manual cleaning. Outside the spray area, paint-free motors & gear reducers are used, & stand-offs prevent dirt accumulation by eliminating sandwich areas.
- Smooth, Hygienic Surfaces: Product-contact areas are polished with smooth, continuous welds. Outside of the product zone, welds are continuous & finished to match sanitary design standards, ensuring easy cleaning & long-term durability.
